This study tests two types of talking therapy to help people who have recently been diagnosed with advanced cancer and feel strong fear about cancer getting worse. You may be able to join if you can speak Cantonese or Mandarin and can attend a set number of therapy sessions.

Who can take part
- You were recently diagnosed with advanced cancer (stage III or IV)
- You speak Cantonese or Mandarin
- You are age 18 or older
- You can communicate well enough to take part in therapy conversations
- You are willing and able to attend 6 psychotherapy sessions
