- You speak Cantonese or Mandarin.
- You are a Chinese patient.
- You had breast, colorectal, or gynecological cancer that could be cured.
- You have finished active treatment within the last 5 years (hormone therapy is okay).
- You have some fear of cancer returning but not severe (a specific questionnaire will check this).
- You do not have cancer that has spread to other parts of your body.
- You are not currently diagnosed with depression or psychosis.
- You are not already receiving other psychological treatment.
