Who can take part
- You are an adult age 18 or older
- You have a diagnosis of liver cancer confirmed in your medical record (by imaging or pathology)
- Your anxiety or depression scores are higher than a study threshold (HADS: anxiety > 7 or depression > 7)
- You are not currently in another therapy or psychological treatment trial, and you are not planning to join one
- You do not have serious ongoing immune or inflammatory diseases (like autoimmune or inflammatory conditions)
- You are able to understand the study and communicate clearly enough to give consent
