HER2-targeted CAR-T for HER2-positive advanced solid tumors
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a new immune-cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called HER2 in people with advanced or metastatic solid cancers. It may help shrink tumors and control the disease after standard treatments have failed or when there is no clear standard option.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old, and you expect to live more than 3 months.
- You have an advanced/metastatic solid tumor that is HER2-positive (at least 30% HER2) and either has failed first-line treatment or has no standard first-line option.
- Your cancer has at least one measurable spot that doctors can track on scans.
- You can provide fresh tumor tissue (best) or stored tumor tissue from the last 6 months, and you agree to a possible new biopsy.
- You finished prior treatment at least 4 weeks ago and you have recovered to mild side effects (grade 1 or less).

This trial tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy designed to target two proteins, CD73 and AXL, found on cancer cells. It is for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors (like bile duct, pancreatic, lung, breast, head and neck, or gynecologic cancers) who have not responded to standard treatment or have no standard first-line therapy available.
This Phase 1/2 trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) designed to attack cancers that have a protein called CD70. It may help people whose solid tumor has not responded to standard treatment, but it also requires specific lab confirmation and careful health screening.
This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR-T cells that are designed to attack cancer cells that have a high amount of a protein called HER2. It is for people with advanced solid tumors (like certain breast, stomach, or lung cancers) that have not responded to standard treatments.
This study tests a new type of cell therapy called anti-HER2-CAR-T for people with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors (like breast, stomach, or colon cancer) whose cancer has not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses your own immune cells engineered to target and kill cancer cells.
This trial tests an experimental 'off-the-shelf' CAR-T cell therapy (called FT825/ONO-8250) that targets a protein called HER2 found on some solid tumors. It may be given alone or with other antibodies to help fight advanced cancer that has not responded to standard treatments.
This early-phase trial tests CAR-T cells designed to attack tumors that have high HER2 and PD-L1. It may help people with certain solid cancers that have not responded well to standard treatment.
