Experimental CAR-T cells targeting HER2 for advanced solid tumors

Advanced Solid Tumor

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests an experimental 'off-the-shelf' CAR-T cell therapy (called FT825/ONO-8250) that targets a protein called HER2 found on some solid tumors. It may be given alone or with other antibodies to help fight advanced cancer that has not responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part

  • You have a cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes or other parts of the body and surgery alone cannot cure it.
  • You are well enough to do most of your daily activities without help (fully active or only limited in strenuous activity).
  • Your cancer can be seen on scans (measurable disease) and you are expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • You have not received CAR-T cell therapy or any similar cell-based treatment before.
  • Your cancer has not spread to the brain or spinal cord, and you do not have a history of certain serious heart, lung, or autoimmune conditions.

CAR-T treatment for CD70-positive advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called CD70 found on some advanced cancers. It’s designed for people whose solid tumors have spread and no standard treatments have worked or weren’t tolerated.

NCT06658951Recruiting
HER2-targeted CAR-T cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR-T cells that are designed to attack cancer cells that have a high amount of a protein called HER2. It is for people with advanced solid tumors (like certain breast, stomach, or lung cancers) that have not responded to standard treatments.

NCT06101082Recruiting· Phase 1
Testing anti-HER2-CAR-T cells for advanced solid tumors

This study tests a new type of cell therapy called anti-HER2-CAR-T for people with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors (like breast, stomach, or colon cancer) whose cancer has not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses your own immune cells engineered to target and kill cancer cells.

CAR-T Cell Therapy for Advanced Solid Tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T cells) designed to target two markers on cancer cells at once. The goal is to help patients with advanced solid tumors where standard treatments have stopped working or aren't an option.

HER2-targeted CAR-T for HER2-positive advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new immune-cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called HER2 in people with advanced or metastatic solid cancers. It may help shrink tumors and control the disease after standard treatments have failed or when there is no clear standard option.
