- You had recent chest pain (acute chest pain).
- Your blood test showed an elevated troponin (a sign of heart stress or injury).
- A heart scan (coronary angiography) showed non-obstructive arteries (no major blockage).
- You can safely have CT coronary angiography and stress 12N NH3 PET-MR scans.
- You are able to understand the study and sign consent.
