Testing acetylcholine during heart artery checks for INOCA/MINOCA

This trial studies what acetylcholine testing during a coronary angiogram (CAG) can show in people with INOCA or MINOCA. It may help doctors better understand certain “spasm” or blood-vessel function problems that can cause chest pain or heart-attack-like symptoms without a blocked artery.

Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with INOCA or MINOCA based on your symptoms and heart test results.
- You had an acetylcholine (ACh) provocative test performed inside the heart artery during your coronary angiogram (CAG).
- If your diagnosis is MINOCA, your team does not think the cause is something else like Takotsubo (stress heart), myocarditis, lung clot (pulmonary embolism), or a true blocked/clot-causing coronary issue.
- You can sign an informed consent form to join the study.
