Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic solid cancer confirmed by tissue or cell testing (with specific breast/HNSCC types allowed).
- You’ve usually had no more than 1–2 prior systemic treatment options (some breast or head/neck groups allow up to a bit more).
- You’re age 18+ and can do most daily activities (ECOG 0–1).
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that can be tracked, and your life expectancy is over 3 months.

- You can provide a fresh tumor biopsy or stored tumor tissue sample for testing.
