Who can take part
- You have a confirmed breast cancer diagnosis from tissue/pathology testing
- You had mastectomy surgery and now have breast implant reconstruction and need follow-up (adjuvant) radiation
- There are no known distant metastases (cancer spread to far organs)
- You have not had prior radiation to the chest or breast
- You are age 18 to 80, and your overall health is good enough (ECOG 0–2)
- You can safely receive radiotherapy and can sign the consent; pregnancy is not allowed
