Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and can sign informed consent
- Your breast cancer is stage IV invasive cancer or an unresectable local recurrence
- Your tumor is ER-positive and/or PR-positive, and HER2 is negative
- You have already been treated with hormone therapy for breast cancer plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor
- Your body is strong enough for study drugs (ECOG 0 or 1) and your blood counts/liver/kidney tests meet limits
