Who can take part

  • You have breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • You have had at least one type of treatment for the metastatic cancer, or you can't take or don't want the standard treatments that might help.
  • You have a biopsy sample from the last 6 months, or you can have a new biopsy (the study will test your tumor to find possible treatment options).
  • You are 18 years or older and are generally able to do daily activities (with some help if needed).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (like liver and kidneys) are within certain limits.
  • You can take medications by mouth.
