  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have early-stage breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (ER+ more than 10%) and HER2-negative
  • You had surgery to remove your breast cancer, and your lymph nodes were checked
  • Your cancer is considered intermediate risk (not low or high risk) based on specific clinical features
  • Your doctor recommended a genomic test like Oncotype DX or Mammaprint to help guide your treatment
  • You are able to give written consent to participate
