Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 75 years old, and you’re expected to live more than 3 months
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread (metastatic), and it either failed first-line treatment or has no standard first treatment; your tumor must have mesothelin on at least 10% of cells
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot the team can track on scans
- You must provide a recent tumor sample (fresh is preferred, otherwise archived blocks) within 6 months and be willing to repeat biopsy if needed
- Your last cancer treatment finished more than 4 weeks ago, and side effects must be mild (grade 1 or less)
