Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- Your cancer must be advanced (stage III or IV) and cannot be removed by surgery or has come back after treatment.
- Your tumor must test positive for the mesothelin protein.
- You must have tried at least one standard treatment and it stopped working or you could not tolerate it.
- You need to be in reasonably good health, able to do daily activities, and have adequate organ function.
