Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have a type of advanced solid tumor (like mesothelioma, pancreatic, lung, ovarian, or others listed) that has not responded to or you can't tolerate standard treatments.
- Your tumor must test positive for mesothelin (a protein on the cancer cells).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You must be generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, and blood counts must be within certain safe ranges.
