  • You are age 50 to 85
  • You have a diagnosis of MCI or dementia
  • Your thinking test scores fall in a specific range (MMSE 15–28, CDR 1 or less)
  • You agree to take part and sign consent (you and your family/close support are informed)
  • You can complete memory/thinking testing and follow study steps
