Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed solid cancer type (such as kidney, breast, head and neck, lung, or mesothelioma) that is not responding to standard treatments (or standard options aren’t suitable).
  • Your cancer is advanced and you can expect to live at least 12 weeks.
  • Your overall health score (WHO performance status) is 0 or 1, meaning you’re able to do most usual activities.
  • Your blood counts and organ tests must be within safe ranges (for example hemoglobin, white cells, platelets, bilirubin, and liver enzymes) done within about 1 week before the first infusion.
  • Your kidneys must work enough for treatment (creatinine or isotope clearance ≥ 50 mL/min), and your clotting tests (PT/APTT) must be acceptable.
