Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that hasn't responded to or you can't tolerate standard treatments.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, etc.) in the last 4 weeks.
  • You have not had an allergic reaction to antibody-drug conjugates with microtubule inhibitors (like MMAE or MMAF).
  • If you are in the expansion phase, your tumor must have a protein called CDCP1 (tested positive).
