Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and sign an informed consent form
- Have a confirmed vestibular schwannoma on an MRI scan of the inner ear area (IAC)
- Have a tumor size 2.5 cm or smaller, and plan for surgery or stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS)
- Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG less than 2, as your doctor rates)
- Have safe baseline labs within 14 days of enrollment (your doctor decides if they’re okay)
- If you can become pregnant: have a negative pregnancy test and use highly effective birth control during the study and for 24 weeks after SRS
