Who can take part
- You are an adult (age 18 or older) and can give written consent.
- You have open-angle glaucoma, including pseudoexfoliation or pigmentary glaucoma (not other glaucoma types).
- Your vision needs to be good enough for testing (best corrected vision is at least 0.5), and your eye pressure is controlled (18 mmHg or less).
- Your vision field results must show damage but still within a certain range (MD not worse than −12 dB) and be getting worse at a specific rate.
- You must be able to do reliable visual field tests; your last tests must meet reliability rules (false positive rate 15% or better).
- You cannot be pregnant or nursing, and if you could get pregnant, you must use reliable birth control.
