Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (18 years or older).
  • You have health coverage through the French national social security system.
  • Your myelofibrosis tests positive for an ASXL1 mutation (primary or secondary).
  • You can sign an informed consent form to join the study.
  • You are included in, or have agreed to be included in, France’s FIM clinical-biology database.
  • You do not currently have another blood cancer or active blood disease at diagnosis.
  • You are able to legally consent (not under legal protection that prevents consent).
