  • You are covered by France’s national social security system
  • You were diagnosed between 2006 and 2020 with a CALR-mutated myeloproliferative neoplasm (a specific type of blood cancer)
  • A sample from before diagnosis or before starting chemotherapy (cytoreductive treatment) is available
  • You agree to take part in the study and are included (or will be included) in the French national clinical-biological database (FIM)
