Who can take part
- You are 18 to 80 years old
- Your cancer is squamous cell cancer in the mouth/throat area with lymph node involvement, and it has not been treated before
- Your cancer is in a specific stage (III with N1 or stage IVa/IVb), or an oropharynx cancer in stage I/II with at least N1
- You are planned to receive radiation with chemotherapy (at least combined radiation and chemo), including induction chemotherapy with TPF (or modified TPF)
- You must have a blood sample where cancer DNA is detected at the start of the study
