This trial is testing a new blood test (called a liquid biopsy) to better understand and predict the course of head and neck cancers that have come back or spread. If you join, researchers will use a special chip to look at your immune cells and tumor cells in your blood.

Who can take part
- You are 20 years old or older.
- You have a type of head and neck cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) in the oropharynx, mouth, hypopharynx, or larynx that has come back or spread and can't be cured with local treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are able to get around and care for yourself (ECOG score 0 to 2).
- You agree to give blood samples and sign a consent form.
- Your medical records from your treatment are available.
