You may be eligible if you have INOCA and are already taking aspirin, and if you haven’t taken certain blood-thinner or platelet-altering medicines recently.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with INOCA (heart-related ischemia without major coronary blockage).
  • You are currently taking aspirin (by mouth for more than 3 days, or IV aspirin within the last 3 days followed by pills).
  • Your platelet count is between 125 and 450 (in the trial’s lab units).
  • You are not taking certain blood-thinning or platelet-blocking medicines, such as thrombolytics or GP IIb/IIIa blockers.
  • You should not have major illnesses expected to shorten life to under 1 year, or serious kidney/liver problems, or known drug allergies to the study medicines.
