Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 80 years old and agree to join the study by signing consent.
- Pathology confirms stomach cancer (or the esophagus-stomach junction).
- Your tumor is HER2-positive (either IHC 3+ or IHC 2+ with FISH-confirmed amplification).
- Cancer stage at diagnosis is locally advanced but not spread to distant organs (cT2 to T4b, N+/−, M0).
