Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- Your stomach cancer is confirmed as gastric adenocarcinoma, and it is HER2-negative and PD-1/L1 positive.
- Your cancer is stage III and you are planned for larger abdominal surgery.
- Your body is strong enough for treatment (Karnofsky score 70 or higher) and your main lab tests are within required ranges (blood counts, liver, kidneys, albumin).
- Your heart health is good enough (heart pumping fraction at least 50%, and no recent serious heart rhythm problems).
