Who can take part

  • You’re age 18 or older.
  • Your breast cancer is invasive triple-negative, and its ER, PR, and HER2 tests are all negative.
  • You have not had any previous medicine treatments (chemo or other anti-cancer drugs) for triple-negative breast cancer.
  • You’re not planning other cancer treatments at the same time (except bone-strengthening shots like bisphosphonates).
  • Your general strength is good (ECOG 0–1), and blood tests and liver/kidney tests are within required ranges.
  • You can swallow an oral medication and you can follow study visits and sign consent.
