  • You must be between 18 and 60 years old and able to consent
  • You must not have any type of diabetes
  • You must not have high blood pressure
  • You must not have major stomach or gut diseases
  • Your weight cannot have dropped more than 3 kg in the last 3 months
  • In the last 3 months, you cannot have used antibiotics or certain hormones/cancer/immune treatments
