You may qualify if you’re an adult with suspected/confirmed pancreatic conditions and can safely take part in breath testing or surgery-related tissue collection.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy/pathology OR be in a related situation (new diabetes, chronic pancreatitis, or GI symptoms with a normal-looking pancreas on scans)
- If you’re in the surgery group, you must be having pancreatic resection for confirmed pancreatic cancer or certain benign pancreas conditions
- You cannot have had chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery for pancreatic cancer already
- You must be able to provide a breath sample and give informed written consent (not pregnant)
