Who can take part

  • You have confirmed colon cancer (colorectal adenocarcinoma).
  • Your scans show liver metastases that the team says are “unresectable” (not safely removable).
  • Your tumor has a RAS mutation (and includes BRAF V600E mutation status as specified).
  • You have not had any prior treatment specifically for the liver metastases (no liver chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, or targeted liver procedures).
  • Your cancer is only in the liver (no extra spread found in the body, with a small allowance for tiny lung/lymph node spots).
  • Your body tests and health status are strong enough for chemotherapy (blood counts, liver/kidney function, no major fluid buildup in the belly).
