Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older at diagnosis
- Have a primary brain or base-of-skull tumor that can receive standard radiation in small doses (not special high-dose schedules)
- Be able to complete thinking tests and questionnaires (you can do the tasks and speak/read Dutch enough)
- Be able to have an MRI scan (no severe claustrophobia and no certain implanted metal devices)
- Your tumor should not fit specific higher-risk categories listed by the study, and you should not need whole-brain/entire-spine radiation (craniospinal) or whole-ventricle radiation
