- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have a diagnosis in the schizophrenia-spectrum
- You can read, write, and speak English
- You do not have a neurodevelopmental disability or a neurocognitive disorder
- You have not had CBT or cognitive remediation (CR) in the last 6 months
