Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have (or are being worked up for) a cancer of the nose/sinuses, nasopharynx, or skull-base area, confirmed by pathology or outside/MD Anderson reports.
- You have not started treatment for this cancer yet (besides a biopsy, if done).
- You plan to get most of your care at MD Anderson, including surgery and radiation.
- You can understand the study and are willing to sign written consent.
