Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older and newly diagnosed with squamous cell cancer of the nasal cavity or sinuses (stage II through IVb) that hasn’t been treated before
  • Have measurable cancer that can be tracked on scans (measurable disease)
  • Have a usable tissue sample from the tumor (archived or a fresh biopsy), and it should be from an area that has not been radiated before
  • Your body’s health tests must be “strong enough,” including recent blood work within 14 days before starting
  • Your cancer-related activity level should be mild (ECOG 0–1)
