Tazemetostat plus chemotherapy for SMARCB1-positive nasal cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18+ years old (and weigh at least 40 kg).
  • Your biopsy shows locally advanced sinonasal carcinoma that is SMARCB1/INI-1 deficient, and it has not spread to distant organs (M0).
  • Your scans show measurable disease, and you’re able to do daily activities with an ECOG score of 0–2.
  • If you had prior cancer treatments, any side effects must be mostly gone (to mild level) or stable before starting this study.
  • You have enough blood counts, liver, and kidney function for treatment (based on lab tests).
  • You can take pills by mouth and have no major medical problems that would make treatment unsafe.
