Who can take part
- You are age 12 to 21 and finished braces with fixed (wire) appliances 12–36 months ago
- You have at least one white spot on the front teeth (top or bottom) on the lip-facing side
- Your plaque level and oral hygiene are mild to moderate (not very poor)
- You have no special tooth issues like developmental defects on the front (incisor) teeth
- You do not have fillings/restorations on the lip-facing/buccal side of the front incisors
- You can read and speak English (you or your legal guardian)
