Who can take part
- You must agree to join and sign the informed consent form.
- You’re between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your stomach or stomach–esophagus junction cancer must be confirmed by pathology (biopsy/tissue test).
- Your cancer stage should be T3-4 or node-positive (N+), with no spread to distant organs (M0), and doctors believe it can be fully removed with surgery after treatment.
- You must not have received any cancer treatment before starting this trial, including chemo, radiation, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy.
- You must be well enough for treatment (including good blood counts and liver/kidney tests) and have an expected survival of at least 12 months.
