Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a type of stomach or GEJ cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes but not to other organs (stage cT3-T4a, N+, M0).
  • You have not had any previous cancer treatment like chemo, radiation, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy.
  • You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You agree to provide blood, stool, and tumor tissue samples.
  • You can take oral medications and do not have severe stomach or bowel problems.
