  • You are older than 60 years
  • You are scheduled for a moderate-to-high risk surgery and pre-surgery evaluation
  • Your overall heart risk score (RCRI) is less than 2 based on your health history
  • You can give informed consent by yourself (or otherwise participate in the consent process)
  • You can physically do the SHAPE test steps (like walking and moving without major limits)
