  • You are 18 years or older
  • You had a liver transplant (or a liver and kidney transplant at the same time)
  • You have been taking a tacrolimus medicine for at least 4 weeks, and your level is between 5 and 20 ng/mL before starting
  • Your tacrolimus blood level will be considered only if you consent to use your de-identified medical data
  • You have not been in another clinical trial in the last 30 days
