  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You had a liver transplant at least 3 months ago
  • You have been on a stable dose of standard (immediate-release) tacrolimus for the past month
  • Your liver enzyme levels (AST and ALT) are in the normal range
  • You are not currently taking a long-acting tacrolimus
  • You have not had any organ rejection in the past month
