Who can take part

  • You are age 60 or older, and your care partner is 18 or older
  • You have a consistent care partner who is willing to join the study together with you
  • You have a smartphone or reliable Wi‑Fi to complete online activities
  • Your anxiety or stress level is high enough based on a questionnaire (one of several scoring options)
  • Your memory or thinking test results fit the study range (MoCA) or you meet a memory complaint/stress rating threshold
  • Neither you nor your care partner can have major vision/hearing barriers to computer-based lessons
