Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can sign consent (or your legal guardian can).
- Your breast cancer must be confirmed HER2-positive and metastatic or locally advanced, based on local lab testing.
- You have had at least one prior anti-HER2 treatment for this advanced/metastatic cancer (tucatinib before in the metastatic setting is allowed).
- Your body function must be good enough (performance status score of 0 or 1, and blood counts like neutrophils, platelets, and hemoglobin meet the study limits).
- You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and your brain MRI must meet specific brain-metastasis safety rules.
- You must not have had certain recent treatments (like chemo/targeted drugs in the last ~21 days or related washout), recent major surgery, or certain recent radiation.
