Who can take part

  • You have HER2-positive invasive breast cancer that has not spread far (stage II to IIIA).
  • Your tumor is at least 2 cm in size or has spread to nearby lymph nodes.
  • You are in good general health (able to care for yourself and up and about).
  • Your heart function (LVEF) is normal (50% or higher).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and are at least 18 years old.
  • Your kidney, liver, and bone marrow function are within normal ranges.
