Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has gotten worse after first treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and you need radiation therapy for some of the cancer spots.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old, and your overall health is good (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and thyroid function are within normal limits, and you do not have active hepatitis, AIDS, syphilis, or other infections.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
- You have not had certain other treatments (like steroids, immunotherapy, or other cancer drugs) in the past few weeks to months, and you have no serious heart, bleeding, or autoimmune conditions.
