Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to read, understand, and sign consent.
- You have advanced/metastatic cancer with measurable tumors on scans, except certain cancers (liver cancer, sarcomas, gliomas).
- Your cancer must have been resistant to or not tolerated by standard treatments, or there is no standard treatment that helps.
- You need good overall strength (performance status 0–1) and an expected life span of at least 3 months.
- Your recent blood test results and heart tracing (QTc) must meet specific thresholds.
- You must be able to provide tumor tissue for biopsy (new biopsy if possible, or stored archived tissue).
