This trial tests a new drug called TMT101 for people with advanced pancreatic cancer or non-small cell lung cancer who have already tried other treatments. The goal is to see if TMT101 is safe and works against the cancer.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have advanced pancreatic cancer or non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to or stopped working with at least two prior treatments for pancreatic cancer, or platinum chemo and immunotherapy for lung cancer.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You must be well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your organs (kidneys, liver, blood counts) must work well enough per lab tests.
- You cannot have had certain treatments like chemotherapy or major surgery within the past 4 weeks, or have certain other health issues like uncontrolled infections or active brain tumors.
