Who can take part
- You’re an adult (at least 20 years old) and can consent
- You have advanced cancer confirmed by lab tests, or NSCLC with HER2 mutation (checked by a central test)
- If you’re in the NSCLC/HER2 part of the study, your cancer must be measurable on scans
- Your general function is good enough (ECOG score 0–1 for most, or 0–2 for the NSCLC/HER2 part)
- Your heart rhythm and organ health meet study lab/safety limits
- You do not have certain exclusions like untreated brain/spine cancer spread, recent major surgery, or recent chemo/experimental drugs
