Who can take part
- You are under 60 years old.
- You have a newer-generation subcutaneous defibrillator (S-ICD), such as Boston Scientific EMBLEM generations 2 or 3.
- Your current defibrillator is your first one ever implanted.
- You have home monitoring (LATITUDE) working at home, and you can send weekly reports.
- You regularly do sports or exercise above a study-defined level and are active on purpose.
- You can communicate well, will cooperate, and are willing to sign informed consent.
